The hard to find Bible

Ok I admit it I have never joined a bible study before and I have not owned my own bible ( besides the beautiful family bible that is huge) since I was in high school. So... this week I started going to a weekly bible study and love it. I feel I have already learned so much and my eyes have been open to more of God's work. Also this week I went to buy me a bible to really use. I went Sunday to Target because Wal-mart is always packed on Sunday. To my dismay I could not find a single religious book in the book section in Target, thinking surely they must be here and I have just over looked them I ask the clerk. She proceeded to tell me that the bible is copyrighted and therefore they can not sell it!!!! Confused and some what insulted I told her that I was sorry that she was miss informed and that I would pray for her and the people of Target. (hoping that it did not sound as condescending as I thought it did) After that I was determined to purchase a bible that day! So I went the short 2 blocks to Wal-mart and the first thing I find in the book section is a wide selection of religious books along with atleast 10 different bibles to chose from. So at this point I am stirring clear of Target and keeping them in my prayers. Ok I will get off my soap box now, I just found it interesting and sad that a person has to search to find a bible. (not to mention on a Sunday)

Life

I write today with a new look at my life, well ok it really is not that dramatic. But I just got home from the hair salon and we all know how life altering that can be (j/k ; )). Well, while I was there my hair dresser asked my how life was and I said great. She said tell me what has been going on, so I said well we move from a nice big house to a small old ran down house (but we can afford it and live comfortable) I started working, my dog died, and my car is in the shop. She said that it sounds like life can't get much worse. I realized then that I never thought that my life was bad right now after all while my life could be a country western song I felt nothing but blessed because I have a great husband, two wonderful children, food, and a roof over my head. I now realize that from someone else's prospective I guess my life does not sound that great but I would not trade it for the world. I am so glad to have you all in my life and I just wanted to say my life is GREAT!!!

Webkinz

Hey guys , as many of you already know I am addicted to Webkinz! But I have recently found out that a lot of people still have not heard of these wonderfully fun and cute freinds called Webkinz. So... To fill all of those people in, Webkinz are cute little stuffed animals that come with a special code to play on the Webkinz World web site. I know that this dosen't sound that fun and cute but believe me it is! My whole family is hooked (Mason, Nana, Chase, Paige, Aunt Julia, and especially me :)) you make rooms and play with them and recently they have added new things to collect that come with codes to use online ( charms, cards, even mouse pads). I have had so much fun and Mason loves his so much that he has taken them school for show and tell. I just had to share this with all my friends and family. And for those who would like to know I have three of these furry little cutes - The bunny (Snowy), The little Kinz tree Frog (Freda Frog), and the Monkey (Nanners). Mason also has three - The frog (Hopper), the little kinz Bull dog ( Sharp Tooth), and the Leopard (Tiger spots). We also have several charms and trading cards. Any who I have put the link here on my blog so that you can check it out, they are sold at most Gold Crown Hallmarks and at Groove's (in the square at Rockwall).

I did it... I have a blog

Hey everybody I thought I would see what all the fuss was about and started my own blog. So to fill everybody in on life at my house .... Eddie's business has changed and he is no longer with a partner (long story short his best friend was not honest and that ended the partnership and there friendship :( ) but the business is doing good right now and we get to keep all the profits now instead of 50%. The kids are great, Mason is loving school and Brooklin is as cute as ever. We are planing a trip to Colorado for Thanksgiving to be with Julia and family, we are so exited about going and seeing what a real winter/fall looks like and the kids can't wait to to each other. Well let me know how I am doing with this blogging stuff and I hope all is well with everyone.
